Cancelling

You can cancel in the app until the branch starts preparing your order, for a full refund. After that, contact us.

Problems with an order

Report missing, wrong, damaged or melted items from Help within 24 hours of delivery. Fresh sweets and ice cream can't be returned, but we'll make it right with a replacement, wallet credit or a refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days depending on your bank, or instantly to your Kareem wallet if you choose. Points and wallet credit used on a cancelled order are returned.
