Notifications and emails
You decide what we send you, and how.
Manage notifications in the app
Open AccountNotification settings. For each topic, turn push notifications, text messages and email on or off:
- Order updates: Confirmation, preparation, delivery and refunds.
- Offers and new collections: New drops and seasonal boxes from the four houses.
- Rewards and points: Points earned, tier changes and points about to expire.
- Kareem+ membership: Renewals, payments and member benefits.
Push updates for orders stay on because they're how we reach you about delivery. To get updates by email, add your email to your profile first.
If your phone doesn't show Kareem notifications, allow notifications for Kareem in your phone's Settings.
Stop offer emails
Every offer email has an "Unsubscribe from offer emails" link at the bottom. Open it and confirm, and we stop sending you offers by email. You can also turn off email for Offers and new collections in the app.
To stop offers on every channel, turn off Offers by SMS and push in AccountPrivacy & data.
Emails about your orders, payments and account security are part of the service and are still sent.
