Delete your Kareem account

In the app

1. Sign in to the Kareem app.
2. Open Account›Privacy & data›Delete account.
3. Choose why you're leaving, then tap Delete my account.

You're signed out, and we delete the account 14 days after you confirm. Changed your mind? Sign in again before then and the deletion is cancelled. If you have an order in progress, you can delete your account once it's delivered or collected.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@kareemsweet.com with the subject "Delete my account". Write from the email on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete the account.

What is deleted

Your personal data: your name, mobile number, email, birthday, saved addresses, favourites, notification settings, devices and optional consents. Your reward points and wallet balance are lost, and a Kareem+ membership ends, with no refund for the current period.

What we keep

We keep invoices for 6 years as required by law. Orders, invoices and payments are kept without your name or contact details.
